Leslie Manning, RMP® is Owner and Broker in Charge of TriCap Properties and TriCap Property Management. Leslie has been a Realtor® for 19 years. She is a member of NAR, RRAR, Triangle MLS, Property Management Council for the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, PM Division of the NC Association of Realtors. She has earned her RMP® Designation, Residential Management Professional, from the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Leslie is President Elect for the Board of Directors for the Triangle Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. She graduated Cum Laude from James Madison University with a BBA in Management Information Systems and Economics. Her personal and professional approach to real estate has set her company apart from the rest, placing TriCap Property Management as the premier firm for Investors.

Wendie is a NC licensed Realtor and AirBNB Superhost who’s passion for real estate began early at the age of 21 when she purchased her first townhome. Previously licensed in GA, Wendie has been helping friends and family sell, purchase and invest in real estate for more than 27 years. With her project management & financial services background, Wendie brings a wealth of knowledge to each transaction and ensures that her clients are educated every step of the way. Jim is a NC Licensed Agent and comes to TriCap Properties as a Property Manager / Sales Agent with over 32 years of experience in specialty contracting. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a BS Degree in Industrial Management. His thirst for knowledge and a commitment to excellence make him a great real estate agent that can manage our maintenance issues or help you with your buying or selling journey.

Kyle is a seasoned real estate professional with over 13 years of experience in property management and operational leadership across the Carolinas. Throughout his career, he has overseen more than $1M in property repairs and capital improvement projects, specializing in large-scale CapEx execution and the development of long-term preventative maintenance plans. He is known for integrating advanced property tech stacks and developing proprietary data tracking tools to drive transparency and operational efficiency. Kyle holds a degree in Business Administration and has been a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker since 2012.

Currently serving as an Investment Manager at TriCap Properties, Ryan contributes to portfolio expansion through marketing initiatives and strategic seller outreach. He brings a strong investment mindset, with experience supporting acquisition efforts for fix-and-flip properties, making him a valuable asset to our growing team. Ryan is a rising Senior at William Peace University and will be interning at DR Horton Builders.

Angie has an eye for detail and the Tenants love her friendly-professionalism. She is a Garner native and has been instrumental in helping TriCap build our Garner Rental Portfolio. Angie studied Sociology and Interior Design at Meredith College and came to TriCap with a background in Commercial real estate administration. When Angie is not busy assisting Tenants, she enjoys going to Open Houses with her daughter and spending time with her family.
